The fastest way to reach us is by email. We aim to respond to support requests within two business days.
To help us resolve your question quickly, please include:
- your organisation name and the email address you sign in with;
- the surface you were using (web portal, mobile app, room QR code, the Outlook add-in, or the Teams tab);
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead; and
- the date and approximate time, and a screenshot if you have one.
Common questions
- Signing in. Meet Me At Work uses passwordless “magic link” sign-in — enter your email and we send you a one-time link. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and confirm the address is correct.
- Booking a room. Scan the QR code on the room’s sign, or book from the web portal, the mobile app, the Outlook add-in, or the Teams tab. You can only see and book rooms belonging to organisations that recognise your email address.
- Managing rooms and billing. Organisation administrators manage rooms, booking rules, members, and billing from the customer portal at app.meetmeat.work.
- Deleting your account or data. Administrators can delete their organisation and its data from the portal. See our Privacy Policy for how data and backups are handled, or email us to make a data request.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email support@meetmeat.work with the details and steps to reproduce, and give us a reasonable opportunity to respond before any public disclosure. Please do not run automated scans or penetration tests against the Service without our prior written permission.
